I looks like someone took the stick from a Civic Si and put it in an Acura.

I think it actually is just Honda parts bin. It’s my only complaint about the interior.

My friend owned a TSX wagon and now drives a Civic Si, it’s weird to see the switch gear in one car. They were parked next to each other this weekend, his parents now own the TSX wagon, should’ve taken a picture.

Don’t mind my dirty floors this was after doing a ton of work inside. Extreme PSI 1 pound billet knob, redline goods Alcantara shift boot and parking brake boot. Black with silver stitching to match the exterior of the car.

Is it the 2012-15 Si? Those share quite a few parts with the TSX.

Indeed both the Civic Si he has now and his parents TSX are 2012s.

Cool. I test drove a 2013 early this year, a coupe in that bright orange. I liked it, but the TSX was more in my price range.

I drove his and I like it, it feels faster than my E92, but I think that’s because it’s more raw than the BMW. I could see myself driving one. I was just able to find a manual BMW in my price range, so I went ahead and got that.

This is my only interior shot that I have, but you can see the knob

2013 Sonic RS. Same knob as an LTZ, but the RS gets (real) leather wrapped with red stitching everywhere. The boot is still vinyl, or something like that, though it does get red stitching too.
This isn’t the first “post your shift knobs” post on Oppo, but every time I do someone asks what car it’s from.

It looks great! I’m shocked it’s a sonic.

Had to pull a photo off the interwebz. 2008 Corvette and its melty-looking asymmetrical shift knob that’s canted over towards the driver.
Photo courtesy of some dingus who managed to crop out part of the only thing he was tasked with photographing.

They were the definition of ‘cult classic’ - the execs had no idea what to do with them, the public was shouting for more. It’s how Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas got their acting/comedy careers to fly!
